Extremely disappointing!

Since I trusted the Eureka name, I did not hesitate to order a Eureka sleeping bag. The first bag I received had the velcro closure ripped off. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, which they sent to me within a weeks time. Again, the second bag I received was also damaged! The flannel lining must have ripped during production and a very poor attempt to fix the hole was made as the hole still existed with several haphazard stitches around the hole. Again, I requested yet another bag. However, this time Amazon refused to send me one stating, “We’ll not be sending you another bag since it’s likely that bag will be damaged as well”! So long Amazon and so long Eureka!
